We know you are a loving, caring lot, and se we’re asking you to join us, actor/philanthropist Greg Grunberg, TalkAboutIt.org the National Epilepsy Foundation for #NETATHON2017 this weekend!! Greg brought us in on this project and we couldn’t be prouder to led a hand to raise awareness and funds for such a worthy cause!!
The Epilepsy Foundation’s second “Talk About It for Epilepsy!” Netathon Presented by Sunovion will on May 6, 2017, will be a star-studded event devoted to creating awareness and raising funds to support the Foundation’s mission.
Hosted by Epilepsy Foundation spokesperson and celebrity Greg Grunberg (“Alias,” “Heroes,” and “Star Wars: The Force Awakens, whose son is living with epilepsy), the 8-hour event will broadcast live online here on this page on epilepsy.com, plus YouTube, talkabout.org, Twitch.tv (an Amazon company), and CBSlocal.com/epilepsy. Event co-hosts are DJ HAPA and Phil Gattone, president and CEO of the Epilepsy Foundation. Stars from stage, screen, and music will perform live and share information about epilepsy and seizures.
Our own Dave Wakeling will be appearing on Saturday at 2pm to perform a live set of classic and new tracks from his forthcoming album to support this worthy cause and those living with epilepsy and their families. We are really happy Greg reached out to us and very proud to help in any way we can…which also comes down to asking you lot to help as well. if you can give, please do!
